I just got teleported multiple times by a GM

they do that to see if your on pc or not they cant detected the bot so they teleport you to see if you can unstuck your self if your not that time at the pc they now your a bot if you keep walking trough a wall or something but ye the bot cant be detected

Partially agree. The nav issues wouldn't help. Being teleported a human would either bitch in say/chat and go about their business, a GM might chuckle about your discomfort or about you being put out for the 2 minutes it would take you to fly back to where you where, or log out and back in to see if the game glitched.
I hear what your saying but reading game object and doodads wouldn't fix this particular issue. Logmeout is one of the best plugins out there as far as this is concerned.

Go in a BG and that will show you the 1/3 of botters :) there are over 9 million players, 1/3 maybe not but about 1 million of them yes. HB is the only program out there, that is the most used botter for bg's around.
 
Just chiming in to say private profiles don't really help. Used 3 seperate private profiles on my last 3 accounts(botting with breaks and never more then 12h a day) and all 3 got banned within 2-3 weeks of creation.
 
did i get ported or not

I went to make myself something to eat then suddenly when i came back my corpse was dead in the fatigue zone in jade forest and i have no idea how i reach there can someone check my log tell me if a gm did it!!!

Id say no...everytime ive been GM ported they port you somewhere else...ie another contienent and most times its ina house or some place difficult for the bot to easily move out from. Looks like you died and had some routing errors to your corpse
 
A few fail posts here.

If the bot was detected they wouldn't have to teleport ppl around to be sure.

Get your facts right please.

I wonder how hard this would be to implement, kind of makes me want to stop gathering, but at the same time I need bank.

If 1 guy is running a BG with 7 bots in his party then is the number still that large? A lot of people here have boat loads of accounts.

The bot isn't detected but since everyone used public profiles for leveling at least they can get banned. I have lost 6 accounts now and blizzard doesn't seem to even warn anymore just perma ban.
 
A few hours ago I got teleported. I stopped the bot and stood still, and when I was checking my inventory I got teleported within the same zone, but not just a couple of yards, it was more or less from 1 side to the other on the map, I flew away and ~20 sec later I got to the same place again....
 
also more times than not..when your ported by a GM..they are likely to follow up with an attempt to chat

Really? You stood still? Not "Hey, what the fuck am i doing here? And how did i get here?" or anything? That makes no sense.
If you get ported and you see it, which you obviously did, first thing should be you asking "How the hell did i get here?" or something similar in say or chat chan.

What do you base this on? Personally i wouldnt react in any chat either, you cant say its normal to react in some way like "/s WTF" or something like that, you can ONLY say how YOU would react, so again i ask, what do you base that response on?

I base that on basic human nature. If you get teleported you would want to know why.
Or i should say normal people would.
 
i asked a question to see if it was a gm to know if my account was being watched did i say i am worried about being banned i think thats what the forums are here for so you guys can take a look at the logs........... geez some of you peopl have attitude problem i never said anything i am scared of botting
