I just get an Error by starting

If I want to start i directly get an error. I just get this error at my computer, on my laptop the programm works perfectly. The error shows :
Dem Aufrufer wurden nicht alle angegebenen Berechtigungen und Gruppen zugewiesen.
"The user not has all the permissions and groups were assigned."

I am the administrator and only user at my computer.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is installed, WoW runs in the 32 Bit bit mode,....

As I wrote :

create a new windows admin acc and try from that new acc

have already tried this, but it changed nothing

gimme a log (if there is one) or a screenshot of the error

ignore the error and attemp to continue does not work.

do you have an antivirus enabled?

nope, and deaktivated firewall to test too

enable both antivirus and firewall and add exceptions for Hb plz

i a,not using a antivirus. The firewall does not change anything.

do you have teamviewer so i can take a look?
