i just bought honorbuddy i need help

hey guys i just bought honorbudy 1 day trial to see how it is i have a bit of a problem i downloaded it started it up and clicked bgbudy started the bot it qued for bg accept it was av it said BGBuddy]: Starting Alterac Valley then it just stood there and did nothing even when the game begun i had to move to stop it from being kicked for inactivity why is this thanks
