Here are some things I'd like to clear up about GMs, items, and the system.

1. who is only useful for other players... It is not useful to detect a GM. A GM can be invisible, an Npc, or another player as well. I've seen blizzard on my Guildmaster char. they asked me to go to Booty bay for a support request,.. I brought two characters in a party. I logged out the guild master and blizzard logged in. My character was invisible, the game showed it was in a different instance, but it showed I was still booty bay.

2. Everything has a unique ID. Mined, crafted, etc... It's all a unique ID and it is logged for two months.

3. Get yourself banned. I posted yesterday a way I thought would work to "hide". It's not going to work. To get around this, not like hell and sell the mats really cheap to your main. Then get "banned" for trying to sell gold in trade chat. If you get the alt banned, your main can play dumb. "What, I thought he was selling cheap mats"

4. Guild bank transfers are just as risky as trade, mail, cod, and AH. actually, Ah isn't as risky... Blizzard refuses to refund or undo any AH transaction. In a lot of cases, they can't see the original creator of items either. But everything is logged in the same system.

5. Really want to play it safe? Wait for two months. Blizzards logs go back two months. That's it. Bot like hell, then wait. (I may be wrong on the two months thing).

6. TCG mounts are a great way to transfer gold. ^.^

7. Looking for someone to sell me mats ^.^ PM me.

I dont see where this is helpfull in any way.

1. its hard to read, no offense, but it gave me a headache
2. assumptions are not going to help anyone
3. its blizzard, they can do whatever they want, they dont even need a reason to ban you.

The only assumption I'm making is the two months log. Blizzard won't ban you without cause.

You are only making assumptions. Nothing is proven nor a fact.

Blizzard bans you for whatever they want, people who never sold gold and only botted raids get banned for abusing economy. Its like
blizzard is throwing darts when banning people. Lets see..... what will the reason be....

Log is not true as well, i tried to get a 6 month old account back. That is, banned and 6 months after, i appealed. They saw what i did and i didnt get it back.

This is incorrect I had an account banned 9 months ago, recently got hacked on a new account which shared an email address with the previously banned account (due to another hacking incident and having to reset email password etc..) Blizz firstly refused to reactivate my new account as they could still see a ban against the old account, only after pointing out the differences between the accounts would they even consider helping me! anyway my point being they have a longer memory than 2 months!

I think he is talking about in-game logs. Like chat, items you bought, and every in-game thing that I don't know which one they can keep. You're both talking about your account and I guess it's different. Of course if they write a note on your account it'll probably stay longer than 2 months. But I really don't think they will keep all your in-game actions for that long. So what he is saying, is that you do all your business and vanish for two months and if you don't get banned it should be ok for you. Even if I can't be sure about his 2 months, that makes sense to me.

I get that but if your account is flagged for botting/suspicious behavior then it makes no odds how long you leave it.. in game logs don't count for a lot unless you've been reported, and if you haven't been spotted how would you know when to leave it for two months? if you are detected using anything that breaks the t&c's they aint just gonna be like...ah well he's been off two months let him off! plus who wants to pay subs on an account they dont use for 2 month's at a time....if it is indeed 2 months as that number seems to have been picked out of thin air?
