I haven't receive a Product key please help me!

I've got a serious problem, I have paid for honorbuddy but i haven't get the "Product key". For not so long ago i made a Thread like this one. I got a answer that i should contact the support via Email, so i did. Later that day i got a mail from support and he asked me some questions. First time i didn't understand the question. The second time, the support asked me the same question with more understandable english. Iv'e Answered him, but that wasn't the answer he seeked
so he actually begun to rage at me and judging my english.
may i don't have the best grammar but its readable.

So i just want professional help with this problem:

After my payment with paysafe it told me to check my email that i registered at "gate2shop". I didn't even know what that was. Iv'e checked my history just in case, but i haven't bin there!
And iv'e tried almost every email that i registered on Hotmail and Gmail. Can't still find that activition key! Help me Please!

i have also registered at Buddy Auth Portal but still haven't got it!

If you want some Payment detailes that i used at the checkout, My name, paysafe code etc. Send a PM to me or email me (will give the email to the moderator who answer this thread and want to help me).


I trust this 100%, But this made me unsure...
