I had a lifetime key for DemonBuddy, it's expired?

I am curious about just that, did the lifetime keys get deleted? If so why?? Are we able to get them back? What does that process look like if there is one?

I know there are temporary timeframe keys available for purchase, but i purchased a permanent one a long time ago and am wondering why it's no longer useable.
