got 7 6months and 1 perma due to perma banwave that hit all bots a week earliar to hbs banwave.
they refuse to remove perma banned accounts so my slots are full for my bnet which has all the goodies.
created a few new ones to spread around the love but I'm just gold farming now, got a separate bnet for an raiding toon to play around with on spare time not using hb on it at all so will be interesting to see if it gets caught up in a banwave or one that affects my gold farming toons then I'll know they just auto ban anything associated to my name/paypal or i.p

pretty much the safest way to bot is ONLY use ENYO and CC. and play by hand.

I don't think that is true entirley
a lot of ban reports had people only doing manual movement and crs, along with 24/7 botters like myself
if you bot expect to get banned along with everyone else when the wave hits, don't think doing that will make you any safer to the 24/7 botters.
I expect my new bots to be banned in next wave unless blizzard change their stance and start banning more frequently but I expect to see quite a few posting I only used cr and enyo only....

Why do people still continue to bot after two damn banwaves? Why would you waste money and time by botting. It's a 100% guaranteed loss. I think HB should just close down. There is no way they can assure you this won't happen again. Why? Because they didn't know what caused the banwaves at all. The tripwire story is just bullshit. Blizzard got us. Getting banned is simply a fact-of-life for botters. The problem is Tripwire up until this year has been very effective at protecting accounts. This made many complacent, and forget the risks of what they were doing.

We hope that Tripwire has now been restored to his former glory. But whether it has or not, botting is always a VERY risky activity. And if you don't understand this, you should simply quit botting. There is not a bot on the market that doesn't get bans. Its sheer fantasy to think otherwise.

Honorbuddy is detected, I guarantee you that you will get your account banned again for 18month if you use just a combat routine. Look through the ban report more than half are just useing combat routines whilst you move the toon.

I had an 6 day old account banned just for this, that all I did.

Botting is botting, as soon as u hit start on HB ones you're flagged for a ban as soon as they do a banwave. doesn't matter if u bot 3 seconds or 30 hours

we keep botting cause its more fun than actually playing, don't keep trying to encourage people to quit just because you're still mad because you lost a main account. why try to ruin everyone elses fun just cause you still cant get over it?, just make another account and bot it!

Dude botting with Honorbuddy will get you banned sooner or later. No matter what you do. Everyone -will- get banned. They found a way to detect Honorbuddy that is for sure. People can deny and defend as much as they want but Blizzard will keep doing these banwaves every 6 or 7 months. So once you start up the bot, you dont even have to bot on the said account. As soon as you start HB while your account is logged in to. You will get flagged and banned in a few months. Botting with honorbuddy is just suicide botting since May. They got us. So don't waste your time and money unless you want to lose your account again. Possibly for 18 months or permanent this time.

So I got a question for you and you bring up a good point.

Awesome that is what I have been doing, being very careful to never accidentally click the bnet i care about toon from teh drop down list of toons.

Yeah no doubt. I am done. Canceled all my accounts that were still active and went to paypal and disputed all the accounts that were literally banned within 2 weeks of the suspension banwave. Stating payed for 30 days of game time and blizzard isn't holding that part of the bargain.

But honestly... i have no idea how they can accuse me of selling gold or items for actual real money outside the game when I never did it. I submitted a ticketed to them and stated this and asked for proof verification cause that is shit. But honestly..... im done... going to doa charge back on my credit card for my legion purchases on my suspended account but im done... this is retarded. They are idiots. I just am happy paypal will give me money back from the greedy hands of Blizzard. Time to find something better for my graphics card.... FPS!!!!

I mean... maybe you didn't ACTUALLY rmt... But you were still botting. You can get (at least, you could for a long time) economy exploitation bans without a bot detection ban - at some threshold of selling things on AH way faster than you could possibly be acquiring them, you WILL get banned. I've been economy banned before without any kind of RMT. You're still exploiting the economy. In fact, prior to the may banwave, the only bans I had EVER gotten were economy bans. They couldn't detect HB, I wasn't getting reported, but they could tell that I was making entirely too much money and posting entirely too many of various goods to the AH.

Maybe you passed a big chunk of gold or gear to another account or a friend without anything in return and they thought you were RMTing. Maybe you posted too many herbs or whatever to the AH in one month, which negatively impacts the economy. Does it really matter? You were *****ing and should accept that you got hit for *****ing - regardless of how they decided to label it. I like to ***** too, but I don't rage at the company like it's their fault for trying to stop me. It's their job to stop me.

They don't want you to ***** in their games, because it does, although I think it's exaggerated by how much, negatively impact the experience for other players. They want to stop you, and the only way they have to stop you is to drop a suspension on you to punish you. The only power you have in the matter is deciding whether you'll pay them more money to try again, and whether or not you'll try botting again.

The only good answer in here came from Pierlala. Botting with HB is really risky atm. It has never been more risky before. Blizzard will ban you within 6 months no matter what. Its strange people on these forums does not know the truth by now, or do we have liars?
