I got banned or hacked, someone please advise!

Received an email from Blizzard:

Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.

I have exactly followed HB rules, bot 6-8 hours, stop 8 hours, but my account has been banned while using kicks profile to level up my alt by questing.

My concern is that the email saying it is a hack, what does that mean? someone hacked my account or what?

I have been told if only use HB to questing which is very safe, but ban still happened, any sugguestion for not get banned in the future, I just want to level up my alt. Please some one provide answers for my two questions. Thanks a lot.

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: started botting since 25 Aug13, 8hours per day continiously,

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 0%, i was away to work.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: None

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No, i just leveling up my alt

10)EU or US realm? US

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? actual paid account

If you started botting on fresh account since day one, that had triggered autoban, indeed.

There is enough threads about it here, and I have "tested" it the bad way too :< Had enough accounts closed simply because I started with 6+ hours botting - raf dungeons or kicks since day one :< Yes, they turn them back to 72h after appeal, but still, that way I "use" my 1st offence, and any other offence would be usually closure.

I can only think of that some1 reported you for being stuck or something or your bot was acting weird. Any other suggestions?
