I got a GM whisper - did you get one too?

about 1 hour ago, a GM whisper'd me. It was no fake, because i need to click the button to chat with him.

I write hello and the guy said, "it's ok, thanks for answering, that's all"

i was looking like that:



then i asked him, if i can help.

he only responsed that botting is against the rules and i can get perma banned. i said "ok, have a nice day" and he says "I wish you a fine day, good look and have fun @ farming herbs"

second time i was looking like that:



what do you guys think. is anyone happen'd the same thing?

should i stop for 2-3 days?

no just that you had a gm whisper doesend mean we all get one lol did u bg botted that is really risky or to mutch gathering questing is pretty mutch safe but dont bot for over 10 hours a day. you can have fake gm to watch out for that instal the wow addon badboy and put it on lvl 90 no one can whisper u then

i can say, i have a little bot farm 72h bans are normal, but i never getting a GM whisper. that was funny

i have 20+ accounts. i dont speak about profit it's ok, more accounts are still incoming. i hope next month i can double it to 40+.
i'm on both. EU and US.

about ~ 3months. sometimes only 2 months but 3 months is a good time.

Hello Tony I also got an ingame message from a GM today. I figure you may want to see mine as well? Should I cut out names or is dropbox not public?

I got several whispers on my account aswell. Silly questions like "hello sir, any lags today" ? Tried to check last logs of few accs of mine which got banned recently but unfortunately in logs there is no sign of any whisper. Also if i can ask, OP, are u having all those accs on single pc with 1 ip ? Or doing some kind of virtual stations with *** or something?

Also, as i see the thread has moderators attention. Any chance in near future in some tools that would give ability to alarm a user when a Gm opens a conversation? Something like Buddycon except more advanced and with more options? Like notification via android/iphone app with an ability to instantly send the message back ?

Nope, all accounts have the same IP on the PC. The Second PC has another IP. I dont use VMware, because its useless.

Several Days ago, i getting a 72h ban, other 13 Accounts running on the same machine, same ip - where untouched

That sounds wierd how a GM would just say that. You sure you did not get reported or anything like that, but you cant really tell if you did unless you was watching it all the time.

Gm opened a convo out of the blue with me 2, said he was hunting for bots. Someone reported me.

Asked me how i was, and said fine... told me he allready thought it would have been lag issues.

I mean.. gtfo?

A GM will not contact you ingame unless you initiated the process via submitting a ticket. If a GM were to issue you an infraction they would do so by email. If they were to observe your account to witness suspicious behavior, they would do so silently.
