I get an error when I try to open exilebuddy..

My pc is XP

I get the same error when i try to open exilebuddy can anyone help?Buddy depency wizard wont work on windows xp32 bit so install netframework 4 and visual c++(2008 to 2015) manually and rebooted my pc several times

We dropped support for XP about a year ago or so. You have to use Vista+ for the newest .Net framework and C# functionality.
