I dont know what to do

I am new to this site and ordered a one day trial.
I have gotten this message,

Can someone please help me out?

make sure you are running both D3 and DB as admin

Both are running as administrator. Nothing changed.

No. I dont. It is getting passed that error on my main computer but not my laptop

How do I know if I am or not?

Well you can check by right clicking on d3/db and then in the menu going to run as admin. If that option isn't there or it tells you to log into the admin account, you know you aren't currently under the admin user.
