I don't feel like I got what I paid for with HB

Works fine. $80 for this amount of work that has gone into this is nothing.
 
I agree, the time it's saved me so I could have sex with my wife, or go to the park with the little boy, or whatever I needed to do, and still be able to have whatever I wanted in wow... I'd prolly gave 250$ for it. what's your spare time worth?
 
Just put an ounce of personal effort into the bot and it is so easy my 9 yr can run it (and has). Really both HB/GB are great. Worth every penny I paid and I would even have paid more if I knew how much time they have taken off my hands while in game.

I really get sick of people who figure if they pay money for a bot that it should rain happy monkeys for them any time they ask.

PS - As the other poster mentioned. My wife also thanks the dev of HB/GB as HB/GB=more cuddle/sex time. :)
 
I completely agree with the complete and utter lack of documentation.
There are absolutely no clear guides on how to create a profile, what tags exist, how to use them, what they're for, what values to set with them, and how to check for errors.
I made the most BASIC possible 1-12 human guide, which contained only hotspots, venders, a few blackspots, and a few avoidmobs... HB errored, fixed a missing </> string... After that, the profile wouldnt go to hotspots correctly, or would attempt to fight mobs backwards, sideways, upside down, etc..
When other profiles look exactly the same as my profile yet some may work flawlessly for a few levels using the same code and structure it pisses me off.
Theres no documentation on how properly code a plugin, or a profile, or anything. And there is definitely no way of advancing your knowledge when the only person who knows ALL code tags is bossland. And since I have been here he hasnt posted anything but HB revisions with small barely described changelogs. He provided two guides on how to make a profile and meshes... In his meshes profile step 2 simply states "MAKE CIRCLES AND TRIANGLES"..... Where? How? With what program? What code? Where do I save it? What DO? And the profile guide is completely outdated, half the code doesnt work, or half of it doesnt exist anymore it seems.....
Someone with a firm grasp on grinding profiles, and someone with a firm grasp on questing profiles (which there are obviously none) need to collaborate on the forums and tell the community how to make their own shit. Because we're all getting caught using buggy profiles that make us jump into trees for 8 hours while we sleep and get reported 50 times.
Everyone who knows what they're doing is just going to different websites and collaborating with other knowlegable profile makers to make one big public profile... What if I want to make my own? What if I want to make a profile that runs a circle around barrens and collect mining nodes...
I cant do that because theres no clear up to date source that explains how to do so...
This community and program would be so much more effective if people knew wtf they were doing

hmm well profile is what controls WHERE your character goes, CC is what controls WHAT your character does. So if it was fighting backwards that seems like a CC issue.

I have GB lifetime, really have NO clue what I am doing with this and have managed to level 2 toons from 1-80, have farmed well over 200k gold AND am leveling another 2 druids to 80 as we speak.

poor documentation my fking a$$. I have no clue what I am doing and figured this all out. Oh and btw ANY hacker that doesnt rename the EXE, put it on a seperate harddrive, put it in a folder that isnt called honorbuddy AND doesnt know how to disquise it so that it isnt obvious that its a hack should just NOT hack!

putting in my 2 cents since it seems that everyone here lately feels the need to complain about something they have no right to do in the first place.
 
the only reason people say they're arent profiles is because they cant be bothered to spend a month making a solid 1-60 profile

Well you seem so amazingly knowledgeable about this shit, why dont you share with us instead of troll new users? Do you use custom CC's? Do you use plugins? Do you have to recode them when an update comes out? What do you usually have to fix when an update comes out? What profiles do you use? How do you make your profile work? How do hotspots work (in terms of coding.) How do blackspots work? 1-25 25-50 50-60 better then 1-60? Do you prefer grinding or questing? Etc. etc.
Would be nicer then:
"Hey i've been here for a long time, i spent a lot of money on HB, fuck you because you dont know what your doing, and im the shit.
Also, your new so you don't have any fucking idea what your doing.
P.P.S. All the documentation is scattered and old, fuck you also

Read reviews and read the forums prior to purchasing a bot without knowing everything about it. Us loyal fanbase out there have made masses of gold from this bot. Stop crying and work with it. This bot IS NOT DIFFICULT. It's like buying Norton Antivirus (or some other AV) and blaming it for you getting a virus because you didn't download the new virus definitions when you installed it.
