I click Start and the Program has freeze

If i click Start, the program has freeze, and next is not respond.
Why?

And the stupid is, if i ctr+alt+del and closed.
If i try to open again i see the message max sessions and i wait 10 minutes to try again.
I try and i try again and all time has free and not respond.
Anyone can help me please?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.

My problem is exactly the same: I have the Framework and C++ installed, and followed the steps in instruction while extracting and configuring the bot. When everything is ready for the program to begin playing Diablo 3 for me, and I click "start", the bot freezes, the "start" button remains "pushed" and I can't click any other option or even close the window (it is closed only when Diablo 3 has been).

I have completely no idea what is going on. I followed exactly the same steps as my friends, whose bots work well. I suspect something with the system configuration and plan on reinstalling it, but I'd rather obtain some clues for less "radical" (and faster) course of action.

I'm afraid our case is hopeless. At least for me, there is no apparent reason for the bot to behave like this when the subsequent guidelines have been followed. And yet, our ones won't cooperate :d

Tony can serve us only with what he's already posted. We're like the patient who's supposed to die, whereas he lives on and prospers, ...but the other way around.. :d

I've began thinking about another bot. Maybe reinstalling the OS will help.

I think i find where is the problem.
The problem is in Giles Routine.
I try to run the Bot with not ACT3 with not Plugins and with not Routines.
Next i try to put one one the Plugins and the Routines and the other.
All is okay, but if i put the Giles Routine the bot has freeze.
And has freeze because if you click Start, the next window is to click the Routine.
If i dont have the Giles Routine, the Bot has start with not problems.
If i put the Giles Routine the Bot has freeze in the Routine Window.
