I'm not using anti -virus and has added the list of software on the firewall.


I used the BuddyWizard and it appears everything is ok in relation to software.

i had this problem i needed to update to service pack 1 on windows 7 so i could get the right version of c++ to install

Back when i was on windows 7

Problem solved, updated the operating system is now functioning normally.
