I can't purchase because it says I'm in Germany. What?

This is the error message that I get everytime I try to purchase a key. I have been purchasing the 24 hour access keys for the past week and have had no trouble at all until now. I decided to purchase the 1 year, 1 session key and everytime I would try to buy it, I would get this error. Need help.

No I don't love in Germany. I'm from the US.
I was able to purchase 24 hour access keys before. Today was the first time this error occurred.
Sadly, I haven't checked yet if this problem still occurs.
I will try the IP change since that's what I think is the problem coming from. Thanks for the response guys.

Quick update.
I just got home.
Just to get things straight:

1. I don't live in Germany, I am in the US.
2. I have purchased 24-hour access keys for the past week and have had no trouble purchasing them.
3. I still am not able to buy a new key.

I tried changing my IP address, it still gives me the same Failure message. I tried to buy it using my iPhone with my data and I still get the same failure message. I don't think the problem here is my IP address because my phone's data plan definitely uses a different IP address than my computer.
I already sent support an email this morning but I have yet to receive a response.
