i cant login to my HB it will just close down

i was told to open a new thread so here i am.

i open Hb launch the game login and chose my character. its all good but when i press login on the HB it all just closes. both wow and Hb closes down without any error messages or anything. please help. keep in mind if there is anything i need to do please be specific, im not that good with these things

Try and delete your settings folder, and re-post if it works
