I can't login in Pokefarmer

Hi!

yesterday i bought a one month license, i got my auth key and also charge in my credit card. But i can't login it says Check password, and I tried with 3 of my checked accounts, and it's no working properly. you can find attached my log. If the bot it's not properly working i want a refund. thank you for your time.
