I cant login in Buddy Auth Portal!

I have a account and i cant login in, for finish session.

First, say that my password is incorrect.

After, i reset password, put my email and they send my a new password whit too many rare letters, but use copy and paste.

The new password not work, and i cant login in all day.

I send a email for staff but they never write my.

Please cand any moderator give me a normal password that he working to login?

Is this a joke?? I say that i cant change my password whit this option because the new password that i recived in email, all time is wrong

If you are not clear in your email you wont get the answer you want

the fact that we talked here about the case doesnt mean that we will remind your case
so the email must contain a clear,full and very detailed description of the problem

send us a new email including all the info you was asked for and your best description
