I can't log on my client

I just took the one day version of honourbuddy and i can't log with my forum information, i start the client a window with my information appears i write the username and password, and that window pop up again like the informations are wrong....

Where exacly should i use my product key ?Because in my log screen i have just the username and password, and it actualy say please purchase a buddy product when i try to log on.

Dowload Honorbuddy on the start site on Forum, , extract it , open it, now if im sure would you have got a e mail with the code inside , copy paste it in the first one , the one under is if you want there to be a password on your key.
