I can't log 2 or more clients // Graph doesn't load

I can open the first Archeage, but not the second.

Another problem: When i open the archeage by archebuddy, the graph does not load. I can't see my cloths, the trees, carts, packs, terrain detail, houses, etc.

Make sure Glyph isn't open when you use AB. If you have Glyph open, I think your second session might be detected.

The graphics problem also happens to me sometimes. Sometimes deleting the cache folder from Documents\ArcheAge\USER\shaders\ solves this. It also happened to me when not using AB.

Make sure you open AB with admin rights.

The Glyph was closed, but for security, I uninstalled it.
This time the hackshield window didn't appear, but the message from another client running yes, and the second account does not open.

Perhaps try deleting temp files in %temp% and deleting glyph folder in %localappdata% (doesn't hurt).
Delete ASC and UPDATE folders in Glyph/game/archeage/live/bin32/hshield and then run hsupdate.exe with admin rights (right click on it, run as administrator).

Perhaps this is happening because you're trying to open both at once. From experience I noticed problems in this due to both trying to read the game_pak file. Usually you get an error but you could also get a time out because of this.
Try letting one session at least load the game window with the ArcheAge intro. Letting it show the server selection screen before trying to open the 2nd session would be safer.

If all above doesn't work, try inject method 2 in AB settings.

As Dreadnought55 said it's because the game_pak file is in use by your first instance. For example I have to wait until my game is ingame before starting the next instance. Best way is to use the autorun function and set the options to "start the next instance when the other one is ingame"(don't know what is it exactly called) maybe with 10 sec additional.

Yesterday I waited the first cliente is open to try the second.
Today the first client do not open.
I didn't delete any folder yet.
The game closed before select the char.

now I deleted the folders, executed the hsupdates as adm, injected method 2.
When the game start the load, open the mini window of hackshield and close the game.

Ok, I reinstalled the game and deleted the folders suggested by Dreadnought55.
The glyph are uninstalled.
I can open the first cliente but the hackshield got the second yet.

I don't know what i'm doing wrong.
I dont know put the AB to start the next instance automatically.
I never used it before, i bought only to open my 3 accounts at the same time.
I bought 3 unlimited sessions but I can open only 1, and with bad graph. (now the graph is better, but i need to wait it load).
