I can't instal HB (Compoundx split out)

I have this same error and after removing the visual c++ files and restarting I still receive the same error.

In the Support forum, please open your own thread rather than piggyback on someone else's. We've done the courtesy of splitting your post out into a new thread as it should have been.

You will need to also attach a full log that captures the problem.
