I can't get TL to work

I have been having a hard time getting TL to work since the 8.4 WOT update. I have only been ale to bot successfully a few times since then. Now when I open tankleader I either get the key input box and when I try and log in it keeps popping up the key box. Or there will be a error message asking me to report the error, but when I try to do that it says it has been reported too many times. I have tried downloading it multiple times, but it doesn't make a difference. I am using Windows vista. Anyone know how to fix this?

I do not know how to do this.

I got it to work flawlessly this afternoon. Now it will let me log in and start, but when it gets into battle it says "waiting for battle to start" Even after it has.
