I can't get Professionbuddy to work

Hey, I don't know how to start Profession Buddy, I'd like to use it to disenchant my items and prospect ore, but I don't understand how to start it.. im in Plugins, profession buddy and try to start it but don't know hwo too get it to work...please help -_-
