I can't download "attached files"

Hello, first sorry for my bad english.
So, i would download the attached files from the PimpMyGuild's post, but i can't ! They said i didn't have the permission... But i think my account has already been activated..

Is it a post from the archives? If yes, only mods can download it, but they wouldnt work anyway.

you cant download stuff from threads that got moved in Archives section
