I cannot find my key under my account anymore

Hi,

I purchased a multi-sessions lifetime key a few years back, haven't used it since the beginning of this year. Now when I log back into my account, i cannot find any keys under buddyauth anymore. Can you please help explain the situation? was my key removed due to inactivity?
