I can not use the bot, past a week..

I try use the bot, every time i click START Button the progran send me for this link Pokefarmer - Pokemon Go Farm Robot
I pay 3,95 eur, and use only 5 days of bot...

i dont know whats happen, but i send two emails for suport and not have a reply..
