I can not recieve the confirmation email from buddy portal

I want to buy some profiles. So I need to create a buddy portal account.
I tried many times, but I can not get the confirmation email from buddy portal to complete the registration.
I checked all the mailboxes as well as junk mailbox. it does not work.
My email address is [email protected]. Please help me. thanks

I can only use the email i used when i purchased the honorbuddy key

I'm not sure that's true. I'm pretty sure they can change your email after the fact.

You'll want someone from support to verify that first though.
