I can log into the forum but can't authenticate Honorbuddy.

For some reason, when I go to log into Honorbuddy, I am getting an Authentication Failed message:

Loading Honorbuddy 2.0.0.3740 settings.
Authenticating..
Authentication failed!


It is a fresh install of Honorbuddy and I've done just about everything I can think of to get it running again. I would really appreciate if someone would look into this issue. I currenly have a Lifetime HonorBuddy subscription.

I tried reinstalling again and the message that I get is (I know my password and username are spelled correctly.)

Gatherbuddy Sessions: 0/0
Honorbuddy Sessions: 0/0
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed!
 
I got in just fine, first thing I seen was "Path"...After clicking on it I got to another menu.

I have reseted my pass 3 times and i change that 2 times.
i have rigth Account details. coz i can login to forums. but not to HB
I try that Firewall thing but that didn't work.

Any Help ?
 
Make sure that you are trying to log with your shop info
Check your caps and make sure that you don have symbols or non English letters on your pass

same thing happens too me
 
You need to use the account info you log into the shop with. This can be different from your forum account.
 
but the thing is my info is the same and it still wont work

post in the payments section with your invoice # and bossland will fix your issue for you

also, make sure you're using the newest HB

Well one thing that did work for me i reset the password, you see, you need to login to the HB with the same user pass as the page where you created the account to buy the honor buddy just set the same info there and here and youre set

He's using the correct information
