I brought it but lost the key

I have typed the email in but it comes up with an error. Can someone help? I brought HB around 18 months ago the lifetime package. I am getting back into WOW and would like to use this again!

as a username based user you dont have a key

you were logging on Hb with a username and a pass
you can change your pass here

you have to use the payment email
