I brought HB and having troubles logging in

I brought HB and the login won't work.
It says it fails even when i use my product key, i've checked to see if its been used and it hasn't.

have you tried using your key as your username with no password?

add exceptions for Hb on your firewall and your antivirus

sometimes a firewall or antivirus keep blocking stuff

thats why i told you to add exceptions
