I bought a bot, but it doesn't work, why?

And so, today I have bought TankLeader, I got a key and downloaded a bot, but when I open it, the bot says that I must to have an update I click yes, than update begins and I have an error
After that error I can't open the bot, and I need to re-install it
I tryed to run this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/68254-install-buddy-product-try-buddy-dependency-wizard.html but it didn't help at all.
So i want you to tell me what's the problem. I paid for this soft, but can't use it. Thank you.
