I don't know if this issue occurred with other Crusader builds but I'm using The Boss Destroyer Build which does massive damage to single and multiple targets using Shield Bash. but I've noticed that using DemonBuddy my Crusader would stand still and take all the hits until it dies or in lower grifts the follower would knock back some mobs and it will attack again...if there are more than 5 targets around it
I addressed the issue in the trinity forum and none responded so hopefully someone can help me here

in this log it shows the death events, around 8 of them in duration of approximately 1 hour running 20-30tier Grifts with a gear that can handle 40+ easily.
