I am making a killing now

unfortunately it is and i have got a 24 hour suspension for doing it but only if you are really driving the price of mats up if you are buying out all of an item lets say leather for 1.5 gold each and then reposting for 5 gold each and you have the time and gold to sit and snipe any undercuts and repost them for your price and poor broke noob gets mad and him and all the other cry babies on your server open a ticket about it you get a slap on the wrist and told to stop if you dont then they say ok you did not listen go to time out for 24 hours lol
 
Controlling the market / monopoly is against the rules, its somewhere in TOS, cba to look for it now

I was talking to a GM last night via live chat and ask specifically about working the AH. He said you cant get banned for it. Ive also had compeitors tell me they were gonna report me for doing what you are talking about and never got banned for it.
 
I did get banned by controlling the AH. You just have to piss enough players to get reported.
 
then i know now why i got banned.

i tried to take over the glyph market. bought all out from everyone under the market price.

glyphs with a mv of 200 g where 11 g, and the bots kept undercutting every time they came on.

Most where bots. 200 %. Saw em, noticed em.

posted 700 + auctions 5-10 x every hour with tsm2 addon.

Thing is, i havnt botted since oct. just came back. So or blizz is collecting data for 6 months
or its the above.

wich is total bullcrap if so.

And i dont believe it in a way, cause there is Goldqueen on twitch with 19 mill gold made. And Sheyra or summit with i dunno 70 mill or summit.

they do nothing but work the ah all day with that addon.

Don't be mistaken, You don't have to bot to get banned - Abuse of economy also means manipulating the ah. Which is again against the ToS.

You wont get any issues with it though - unless you get reported and manual investigated. ( which is a super rare thing nowadays )
 
my second ban was for killing the auction house on Fenris. it was so bad, when i came back to Fenris 6 months after, i whispered one of my old cohorts. he asked me if i was coming back, i told him i though maybe. he replies 'fuk it then, im going to a different server'

he told me a year later that he hit gold cap a couple weeks after i got banned, never had so much gold in his life, didnt realize how much of the ah i controlled.
when i got banned, i had 4 toons on the top sellers list for Fenris on underminejournal.

TSM is fucking amazing and anyone who says different has never learned how to use it.
 
Tsm is the max. Most wont use is cause it needs setting up and requires a brain.

Also i think im banned for playing ah non stop but i see the biggest bot on the server still online. Could post 500 glyphs and within 30 secs to a min all was undercut. Everytime. Every time of the day.

Turned out this bot was glued to scyers ah in shat. Online 24-7 but hes still online.

Makes me think the play ah is bs and this was 100% bossland targetting.

Of course it was 100% Targeted to Bossland. But now they are going after the smaller bots, dont expect them to stop now.
