Latest log; This was 10 minutes ago.

Now here's my problem bossland; You have your forums for every bot; honorbuddy;demonbuddy;tank - Everything blowing up because your servers are not functioning properly. Your whole network is being slammed and you are not telling us why. Authentication is bjorked; navigation is bjorked - Why can you not revert servers back to their state 48 hours ago? Are the servers being ddosed? Has blizzard found the navigation server? Why in over 24 hours do you have no clue what is wrong; or refuse to inform us as to what the issue is. Revert the servers back 48 hours; you don't want people to fix this on their own as that's the key to *****ing your software - If we don't need your servers we don't need you.

I hope you can understand that your equipment; your servers - have been broken over 24 hours and you have not released a statement regarding what is wrong. You have hundreds of users viewing your support forums and there are hundreds more to come as more people look at their bots and slowly realize - if at all - that navigation doesn't work. Furthermore your forums and account creation has been on/off at various points.

Now forum mods are cool; but they have absolutely zero clue what is wrong all the same unless they themselves have access to the servers in person - So they're not super useful right now other than directing people in the wrong direction
Giles is an awesome guy; but he's directing people in the *****ing your software direction - trying to remove the bots dependency on your servers - It's not his fault - He's trying to help the community.

Now you can pick apart anything you want here; All we want to know; all that is important in an answer to this problem-

What is wrong with the buddy servers? Why can't you revert the systems back to 48 hours ago and drop whatever bad code or firmware was used - Why are these problems present - Why is the problem not isolated and instead your authentication - navigation - email everything is taking a hard hit right now - Why is every single forum for every bot you currently support blowing up - Why can't we know the answer - What have you tried to fix this?

24h is way too long; and its getting ridiculous - There are thousands of users with problems - If the community fixes the problem GMB might as well be taken out of the equation and instead just take code as needed.

Bosslands server worked fine until 10 minutes or so,....=) go play with you hands or visit rl...) ...it will work again..soon...maybe not for you.:P but for all the rest of us that dont bitch and moan in 30 lines.
 
Stephanpi; it's cool you have no idea what's going on - It's cool that you have 0 knowledge or experience; but thats not what the community needs right now - Not someone so inexperienced or so - out of the know - that they have 0 clue.
If you weren't having problems than your software simply isn't as dependent on the anti-C.rack communication between the software and the bossland servers. Which only exists so we don't cra.ck the software and run the bot for free unlimited.

If it IS a DDoS like we all think it is, reverting the servers to 48 hours ago will do nothing, I actually even highly doubt it was a change to the server that did this even if it's not a DDoS. Just because you didn't "See" the topic from going over recent posts, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It's been acknowledged and is being worked on.

you could emulate the server now and ***** it if you honestly wanted to.
 
I agree. something is comming up. Within 2 days hell been breaking lose and updates been non stop. Something is going on and they dont want to tell us.

they made a lot of updates and it broke some things, so they are pushing updates out so we don't complain? lol. 2 days really isn't that bad, just chill and be anxious for it to come back.

Well the mad nerds with 0 knowledge have spoken - carebears and tryhards - shin is the only poster who even has an education in this thread. Regardless of how mad my culmination of logical complaints makes kids who've never had sex; please feel free to refrain from posting unless you have something of value to add to the conversation - instead of - I'm so angry from reading this thread that I'm going to post how not mad I am and how mad the other guy is because I'm hurt.

It's not like I attack bossland; I simply add to the volume of threads as to press the issue further.

If anyone here is so much of a fanboy - That they get offended when other people list concerns and ask questions - Well that defines an unstable individual. You should not form an emotional attachment so strong that you become angry when concerns are raised or the company is questioned. Literally go outside or get a girlfriend if reading problems gets you angry - We don't need your presence in the community.

Come on...I just finished my one day trial account and paid good money to have the full program.

And guess what, after paying etc and getting my code, this authentication issue is screwing me up.
Speak about good timing...

Are you afraid to be on your real account? If you are, my god.

DB has not been down for long, and they will (ofc) come and tell you when it has been fixed.
Plus, they probably don't know what is wrong, so this could take 1 hour, it could also be down for 5 days. Who knows.
 
Update: I messaged ypp as the issue he was experiencing was simply the server being worked on to fix others issues; where mine fits in (the other issues).

The bot is now functioning correctly and the navigation servers are no longer stopping the bot from functioning properly.
From what I can tell the email and authentication are also back to their working state - In essence this problem has now been fixed via the servers going offline and some magic spell.

If you were getting stuck errors which would stop the bot - try using the bot now
If authentication isn't working try again in 10-15 minutes - if you try at 9 minutes you will probably reset the timer and need to wait additional time (I don't know)
This thread has now ended due to the issue being resolved and the server either reverting back to its old status or otherwise being fixed of the issues that have plagued many users for the last 24 hours straight.
 
(btw if this is a different account, you do know they can see every account on an IP correct xD)
 
BTW shinoowns the idea that they can see every ip isn't of your conception - in fact I offer that very slice of intellect earlier in this thread - that gems from me you're welcome for the idea.

Second the issue was the entire buddy system was suffering which includes email - I could not access my other accounts as password retrieval was not working. The problem was others did not realize the entire network was suffering.
Email -Navigation - Everything.

The problem that others didn't experience until just today - was the server going down to be worked on. Worked on mind you to fix the problem the majority of users experienced - which was the problem noted in this thread.

I didn't use a different account for some feigned sense of anonymity - I used it because that was the only way I could post on the forums - as the systems involved in retrieval were not functioning (Again this was a multi-faceted issue that plagued demonbuddy 24-48 hours straight)

I hope that's cleared up.


Edit: The amount of users browsing support went from 300+ users to 17 in less than an hour - I believe all associated issues to be fixed. And again trust me - It's not fun having to make a new email just to post because the system wasn't able to send me retrieval information last night.
