I have had an issue with my account for a year now where I cannot buy any products off the Buddystore, I recently came back to botting and to check out Honorbuddy and so this problem is re-occuring.
I purchased a key from a reseller who I thought was legitimate, but ended up scamming both me and Bossland. I was unaware of this, and when the key got marked as fraudulent on my account, I was surprised. I even stated I had no issue re-paying for the key. I received nothing but passive-aggressive and childish comments from my support tickets when I was first dealing with the issue, making comments such as, "And what can i do for that ? Will that returns the money in our account?", and from then on out, I could not purchase anything from the Buddystore.
I attempted to resolve the issue, offering to rebuy the key. I was once again greeted with passive aggressive comments, Joro stated he would whitelist my account if I provided my personal information, my ID, to verify my payment information. I complied and gave them this and then he dissapeared not attempting to resolve my issue at all. I tried multiple times to reach out to him, and getting very frustrated with the situation that Bossland now had my ID with my personal information and refuses to do anything about it. He eventually came back with his passive aggressive comments about because of the fraudulent activity, he couldn't do anything. Why would you need my ID if you couldn't do anything in the first place??
Now that I am returning, I attempted to contact them via support ticket to see anything could still be done. Joro immediately closed my ticket, and after asking for a response and why it was just closed, continued to just close it again.
So I am fed up at this point, and am posting this publicly. You may review the screenshots of our conversations and make out what you will of the awful and rude support I received from Bossland who now has my ID, which is beyond shady. I lose my patience at some points, but you will likely see an unwillingness to help, pure greediness, and appalling behaviour that they should honestly be embarrassed of.
It seems like a simple issue that I would like to be able to give them my money again, and I stated many times I would replace their loss of money if needed, so I can't help but feel there is a bit of personal grievance as a simple restating of the issue that the blame is on their payment system not allowing it would suffice.
I hope you all never have to deal with their terrible support, and good luck if you do, hopefully they won't steal your information too.
