I know you have said you dont see any other speccs (BM/SURV) coming but for MM?
Is it possible to get option in class config to turn off/use hotkey for Barrage for example. Many times you want to wait until mobs stacked then use it and not just cd

Yeah I can add this toggle option through a hotkey - when I have time.
Haven't tried it yet but I don't have to. I just wanted to say that you are the type of person this community needs so badly right now.
Innovating for yourself but willing to share with others without demanding compensation is what drives a community.
Others may not understand the gravity of that but it's going to be that mindset that keeps the community going in this Developer drought that's currently hitting us.
I'll give this a try tonight as Tuanha is only pulling about 70th percentile on Heroic bosses with Marks (863 Ilvl) SBR is only pulling 75-80th percentile (Warcraft Logs).
I'll run this in normal EN tonight and see what the logs show.

Just pulled it down and ran a bit on the dummies.
Something I noticed off the bat is that it wants to wait until "Vulnerable" is gone before using the stored "Marked Shot"
This would actually be a higher damage yield to use that stored mark shot .5-1 second prior to the vulnerable falling off so that it may get the 150% damage bonus from the "Vulnerable" effect.

I compared both yours and tuanha's premium for 2 mins 30 seconds and it seems tuanha has 40k dps more. It seems that you cast double the aimedshots were as tuanhas cast more marked shots.
I agree here, this would make alot of difference. Marked shot is very important to hit before Vurnerable fall off, but it must hit not just cast so 1 sec before Vulnerabilty goes off would be great.
I think (from Icy veins) open combo is somehting like Windburst->Trueshot->Sidewinders->Barrage->Marked Shot->Sidewinders->Aimed shot->Marked shot->Aimed shot->Aimed shot.
Then in rotation Windburst->Barrage->Sidewinders (marketing procc or +2 stacks) - 1x Aimed shot -> Marked shot ->2x Aimed shot and start over with Sidewinders.
Dont mean to "complain" in any way, just for improvement.
BTW - thanks for the Barrage hotkey! Great job!
I will make the priorization of Marked Shot in the next release higher - so it is used before Vulnerable is gone.
I know the icy veins combos - but in CR development, you work on priorizations - so the CR can self-decide what spells he should use at the current situation - which should lead to an optimum of performance.

Okay so I have uploaded 1.3.1 - please can you try that one and tell me if marked shot now works better,
it should use it if vulnerable is running out and the hunters mark is up on the target!

So from first test in LFR it actually looks amazing. Only thing I ask is how can I change the hotkeys? I don't have really flexible fingers, reaching for Alt+B/C is a bit weird to me. I tried editing the hotkeys.cs file in notepad++ and after I saved it, it wouldn't show up on the CR selection screen when I launched HB..
Edit: It does seem like it delays Windburst a bit to get off a few more Aimed shots while Vulnerable is up, before refreshing the Vulnerable debuff with Windburst, is this intented? Sometimes I noticed it would cast another Aimed shot while Vulnerable was up when it was obvious the AS wasn't going to hit before it expired, even though Windburst was available.

Well its quite easy and you are right in the hotkeys.cs file,

HotkeysManager.Register("cooldownsOn", Keys.C, ModifierKeys.Alt, ret =>change the Keys.C to whatever Keys.X key you like.
In future I will add an interface settings page to adjust the keys.
Yeah, Windburst has not the highest priority - I could change that of course if it makes sense and has to be higher.
I tried doing that though and your Routine disappeared from the CR selection panel after I saved the hotkeys.cs file =/
According to Icy-Veins, Windburst and Barrage are both on higher priority than Aimed shot during Vulnerable debuff window:
1. Cast Marked Shot when it is available.
2. Cast Windburst on cooldown.
3. Cast Barrage //A Murder of Crows on cooldown.
4. Cast Aimed Shot when you have enough focus, and Vulnerable is active.
5. Cast Sidewinders when you get a Marking Targets proc, or when it reaches 2 charges.
