Hunter CC will load but fail and get send dont send error

So im using one Suit CC Hunter and I cleared out my CC folder and places all the contents in his download into my CC folder. well when I start HB I get this

If I click Start I get the send dont send error on every profile

As it says on the Acteon thread and TheOneCC thread, FPSware clearly states that Acteon/TheOneCC will not work with 1.9.6.3 at the moment.

You will have to revert to 1.9.6.1, or use the stock hunter that ships with HB.

I think the same problem actually occurs with 1.9.6.1 as well so you might have to just stick to the pitiful stock profile or use Hawker's. Hawker's CC doesn't utilize all of the hunter's spells though.

The One works as it should on 1.9.6.1
