Hunter CC Movement

I have tried running latest HB with singular and multiplicity by FPS both have no movement in combat. Bot base will move me along and as soon as CC takes over to fight he stands. Not facing target not getting within range. This is only happening with my hunter. My DK ran bg's fine and targeted and followed.
Using BG buddy
latest HB
No plugins clean install
Unable to run BG's on hunter because of it. At work no log now but I have my log posted from 3 days ago when I first noticed this issue. Haven't had any discussion on it.

Im getting no Movement from Singular,Multiplicity. Bot base is moving fine its when i try to enter combat with the CC its just not moving.

Ill try CLU i was trying to get at i dont think its a CC issue ive used two and same problem. My other classes aren't experiencing problems. Movement is enabled on CC's Tried.
