Humanoid grinding (lvl 80)

hey i dont know how to make a mesh, tried to make on for this using some guide i found here but failed, anywayz.
i was wondering if any1 had the tiime and could be bothered if they could make a mesh that grinds humanoids in New Hearthglen in dragonblight?

I would most likely be able to create a mesh but my problem is links for Edit patrol do not work =/ and only page i found it on was mmowned. But i dont trust anything from that page.
