Here is the first test batch of the Human questing profile I am making. This will will quest/grind to level 6 and do nothing more.

You can run this as any class but I have not added the class specific quests other than the paladin one. If you want your class quest added, please post the quest name and I will add it to the list.

If you do not reach level 6 before all the quests are done (which you should not) it will grind to level 6 and stop. If this goes well I will fully convert my 1-20 to all questing. Your feedback is needed.

I ran this 1-6 non stop and had only HB issues where it would sometimes stop questing and just grind.

Note to Paladins: At level 4 you will need to close HB and restart it due to the Seal bug in HB.

naked mage

problem: he is grinding defias thugs now, though he should do 2 quests in this area. (Millys Harvest, and Bounty on Garrick Padfoot)

2nd Edit: ok, he is level 5,3 now, and appears to grind his way up to level 6, killing defias thugs. He is ignoring the 2 quests i already mentioned + Skrimish at Echo Ridge.

Level 1-4 Worked flawless though.

3rd Edit: Reached Level 6. /played 49 Minutes

At the moment /played 32 mins and it got "stuck" at Milly's Harvest quest instead of doing it, its grinding mobs around it.
 
Close HB, and restart, see if that fixes it, I had the same problem with various quests, but doing that fixed it. I think HB is still having problems with some quests.

As I am adding quests to level 10 I see this problem alot. The quests are fine, but HB seems to lose track of what it is supposed to do.
 
Just started a trial and completed the 1 - 6 on a human paladin, it went well. I stopped it once at level 4 as you said (seal bug), but had no other issues, in all it took just under an hour. When it hit level 6 it ran to goldshire and started questing there. I stopped it manually, was that supposed to happen?
