Huge latency issue

Heyho guys,
today i recognized a too high value of my ping during the use of honorbudy (especially questing/skinning)
When i log into my wow account, my ping is perfekt (green screen on blizzard bar ingame).
But when I start hb, my ping immediately increases to stats about 2-3k Oo...
Any solution/advice guys?

with clearing the wow cache, you mean deleting the cache folder in wow installation path?
