Huge FPS drop when bot starts

I used to use this bot a lot and never really had trouble with it. Yesterday I bought a new licence since my old lifetime expired last year. As soon as I start the bot I go from 120 FPS to about 5 FPS and it's unplayable (I like using it for the Combat Bot mostly to avoid carpel tunnel ...)

Anyway, I've read the wiki and a bunch of forums post and here's what I did to no avail:

1. Disabled Windows Defender
2. Uninstalled nVidia GeForce Experience
3. Disabled Firewall
4. Uninstalled TeamViewer
5. Disabled Windows Gamebar (and I have no other game overlay software)
6. Set D3 to High Priority
7. Set DB to High Priority
8. Ran it in FULLSCREEN / WINDOWED / WINDOWED BORDERLESS all the way down to 800x600 (same issue)
9. Fresh DB & Updated Trinity
10. Set D3 to run in DX9
11. Set DB logging to NONE
12. Set TPS all the way down to 3 (helps a tiny bit)


When I press ESC to access the menu, my FPS comes back to normal. As soon as I go back FPS drops back down to >5 FPS.

Here's a log (I set the LOG level to ALL in case you need extra information)

I remember HB used to have a FRAMELOCK feature that I had to enable/disable, don't recall seeing that option in DB.

Aside from reinstalling my OS, I don't know what else to do.

I've tried 60/60 and 200/200, no noticeable difference between the two.

I've also modified d3prefs as per other forum posts regarding improving performance for multibox.

i jusy got my DB working and i dont remember it bieng so incredibly slow while running, i have 230 fps before i turn it on with max everything and a 144 hz monitor and everything is setup correctly, but as soon as i turn on DB the game seems to freeze every other second and lag so hard that its almost impossible to do grifts and i have zero plugins installed. is there a fix for this?

Thanks for the try thrusha, but that didn't fix it for me.

Tony, I'll do a clean OS reinstall first. I'll let you know how that goes in a day or two.
