"HSB bot is a great foundation that was never taken anywhere"

Nope, posted logs several times , did what i was told by toni, still crashing all the time, and i saw im not the only one with that crashing issues.

That doesn't change that mine works perfectly fine with no crashes.
It could be your setup being corrupted or whatever, I highly doubt the majority of users have this problem - if they did it'd be all over the forum as the bot is essentially unusable at that point.
It's unfortunate for you, no doubt.

How should my setup be corrupted, please explain.

I'm using the Silverfish Control AI with Random Deck box checked, rest is standard settings.

I bought this the day it was released. And I have only think I seen it crash once. I don't use random deck because it takes to long to get quest done and was the only reason why I tried random deck was to do daily quest.

9 decks one for each class the daily should eventually get done right?

Have you tried without this option? And it still crashes? Just incase maybe it has something to do with random deck?

It sounds like I'm pulling this out of my ass but process of elimination. Who knows it might be an issue with random deck option. Or random deck and silverfish?

Would Need a consensus on this not to go off topic here but maybe start asking people with this issue of cashing all the time if they also use this option or not. Can't rule it out until we do =)

You guys have stuff called important, LMAO !
The most important thing is to make the bot stable and not crash every 2 or 3 game all time!
Then we can talk about new features.

i cant make mine crash, the bot is stable

I unchecked random deck now, bot running 7th game now, maybe that option is broken.

Well thats a good start a guess. =)
hopefully no issues will come up please report back and then we can ask hankerspace to take a look at that option after we determine that could be the source of the problem. =)

Bot is running stable since 3 hours~ . I really think now that random deck causes some kind of conflict.

This is good to know. Ill keep an eye on the support section with tony and Inquire if others with crashing Have random deck checked. And ask them to try with the option UNchecked.
Then report findings to Tony / Hankerspace so it can be looked into.

Thanks for the update. =)

Now Back on topic =P

better AI is most important imo, running a shaman sea giant deck ive watched the bot use thunderstorm plenty of times and then deciding to totem afterwards instead of trying to roll spellpower beforehand. i also just watched it hex a twilight drake instead of earthshocking it. ive seen when its near death itll have like 5 mana left and drop an azure drake instead of using defender of argus on the creatures on board

also this hunter had 2x webspinners on board and for turns 2 and 3 the bot wouldnt play the haunted creeper in hand or a totem

Default AI or silverfish because if it's silverfish or even the default AI.
the creators of the AI are not pro hearthstone players they are coders and rely on the community for reports and suggestions They are not mind readers.

So please keep the reports coming and thanks for it.

If silverfish please post in that thread if default AI please post in .95 thread or in support section so the AI can be inproved

To be fair every Buddy bot is like this. Try running HonorBuddy or DemonBuddy with JUST the bot (don't download ANYTHING else). Not so great is it? Without all the Bot Bases, Combat Routines, Custom Profiles, etc. the bots are pretty basic. HearthBuddy is no different. That's not a knock on the Buddy team (although it would be nice to see a bit more features fleshed out in their bots), but just pointing out that third-party development is huge with them.

I will say that it would be nice to see better third-party support though (there are a few devs out there trying to work with HearthBuddy but aren't getting very far).

You need to ask us what we want? You don't even see what's wrong? Just check other bots and do the stuff they have - AI, server side calculations (or as Obtkamer already did you can make them on your own computer just outside HSB so it will be faster), arena card picks, combos, GUI rule editing and ability to design own deck with own set of rules (with GUI because if I knew how to C# I would just buy packs with my enormous pay check), etc. It's not that much but you are way behind all the other products.

The only chance for hearthbuddy to get back to top is in recent competitions argues with one another - when developers leave, fight, etc.

I don't know if this is true but in my opinion ever since Obtkamer came and saved us all with Silverfish AI you basically stopped developing the bot. It took you like a month to implement naxx cards in your default AI. May be you were working on something I don't know but from a users point of view it looks like you just gave up. "Well finally someone came to do our job for us for free make some rules and we can just sit and do almost nothing!".

Endus I don't have that much experience but when I used some bots in wow they all had this great GUI rule editing so that you could easily crate such things for yourself. Most people don't know how to C# but many people would be able to edit rules with some sort of GUI for it. But it's not like we need that GUI as long as bot own AI is great.

I have to disagree here.

Maybee i am not up2date what other bots are capable of right now, but the navigation itself is outstanding. Taking flight paths, wind riders, elevators and stuff is awesome. Even singular is pretty good right now, actually you don't have to configure anything to be able to do quests or something.
