Howto determine best pickup radius?

Is the a formula for best pickup radius?

Let's say i got 7 pickup radius from items, which PR i should put in the buddy settings?

To maintain maximum GPH.. turn pickit off completely, and go for 40+pickup radius.

The faster your movement speed, the more pickup radius you need, or you will start to miss stuff.

Right now I have 250gf/25ms/41pur and i am at 525k/hr on 3 wizards.
