How well does this bot perform?

Hi!

Just wondering how well this bot performs and what it's capable of. I've found snippets of info like Piety/Dominus runs and such, but no real info on how fast/efficient/etc the runs are and/or if it's stuck with certain builds.

Is there a big outline post of what the bot is currently capable somewhere I could check?
 
To sum up, it is capable of (probably) anything you can imagine as of right now. What Exile Buddy provides is a complete API (Application Programming Interface) for doing what you want to do with Path of Exile. There is currently a simple bot ready, that you can use for most of the general stuff, and for some of the builds but it is there to be an example. But for the more specific things like Dual Totem build or kiting or a comprehensive Flask usage, the community needs to write the code. The API is there, but someone (perhaps yourself) needs to put it together for something specific.

And since the release is already here, I'm guessing new stuff will be created by community daily.

A couple more questions before I buy it, though:

How safe/unsafe is this bot? Obviously no bots are really safe but some are definitely less safe than others- just wondering where this one stands. If I was to bot I'd monitor it 100% of the time.

Also, how does GGG ban? If I was to use one IP for both my bot account and my real account, would both be banned or just the account I used the bot on?

Depends! I got banned today for using the same mac address while botting, kept one account lost one my own stupidity of course. Last time my main ( bought a ton of micro transactions and supports ) got banned with my botting account. So, it all depends. You will get banned at some point so make sure your not on the same IP / Mac address and DO NOT trade between the accounts, basically have as little or no interaction with your main as you can
 
Thanks! Do we know if the banning is automated or related to something specific like extended periods of play? I'd only be doing 3-8 hours a day and it would be monitored.

No one really knows for sure, but 12+ hours is a dead give away. Two accounts playing from the same IP i'm sure is a flag, but as I said. No one really knows, just try to be as human as possible
 
Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I have a laptop I've never played PoE on, I should be safe using that even if it's on the same network as my main account, right? I don't care if the bot gets banned, I just really don't want to lose the main one =)
