how use technique more often or desactivate auto attack?

hi

i play a crusader condemn in:

hellrift miser v2 safe

trinity OK
questTool OK

but my crusader is in auto attack 80% of time. he use condemn only when there are 5+ mobs.

what can i do for he use condemn more often? can i desactivate auto attack?
