How do i skip a quest like in Elwynn im a dwarf female and i came there to camp out in goldshire didnt feel like going back to dun morough so how do i skip a quest?

If its just one quest, you can comment out the pickup and turnin (with <!-- ... -->):

<!-- <Pickup ... > -->
...
<!-- <Turnin ...> -->

If its several quests, slap an <If Condition="false"> block around the quests...

<If Condition="false">
    <!-- Pickups & Turnins of quests you want to skip -->
</If>

If you're close to being level appropriate, its usually just quicker and easier to spend an hour and do the quests than futz with editing a profile. The problem is some quests open chains, and if you comment out a pre-req, you've got to spend the time and figure out what's wrong with your edit.
