How to use InstanceBuddy2?

I have probs with IB2. How to use this? Do I need any profile?

Because if I wanna use that on any char,my char join to que, but in the instance never moving, doing low DPS, and if he dies he won't run back.

I bet Im doing something wrong.

Any idea?
