How to use ignore pain OOC?

Hey guys i ticked ignore pain on cooldown in trinity, but it doenst cast on cooldown OOC...wtf?

how i can fix this?

using trinity .48 and it stills dont work OOC

but now i need a fix for don't cast ignore pain in town...only outside

I believe that this is not coded as "on cooldown" rather it is coded as "on cooldown in fight" because nobody thought of this rune

in older trinitys it excist a tickbox for use ignore pain OOC...thats why i wonder thats not in the newer ones


just gimme a snippet code for dont cast ignore pain in town...and im happy
