How to update instance buddy?

Hey i read in the forums instance buddy was beign abandoned but in my HB when i click on instance buddy it tells me it is highly recommended I upgrade it to version (what ever version it says)

where do i find this update and how do i install it ?

There is not an updated Instance Buddy, It says this because the server things the Lower version of Instance Buddy is latest, and You have a latest version which you received when you downloaded HB, Confusing I know.

Not True! People there is a release in the Instancebuddy thread. Honorbuddy comes with a release but Raphus may update it after releases.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, didn't he code in an auto-update feature, or was that Ensemble? I know one of Raphus' two projects had an auto-update feature coded into it.

There was a bug in that version of IB where it was seeing the newer version of IB and thinking it was an older version. Chances are if you do a clean install of HB, or atleast delete the IB folder then reinstall and overwrite all the files in your HB folder it won't do it anymore. Raphus was talking about this issue in the irc channel a little while back and said that he updated and fixed that issue so once everyone updates it won't happen anymore.
